It is our goal to have final reports faxed to your office as soon as possible following of completion of the test.

Dr. Roy also takes a patient centered approach, using comfort measures, a relaxing office environment, and patient education to enhance your patient’s satisfaction.   You may also wish to download our Patient Information Form to give to your patient. This form includes a map to our office, a description of what to expect on the day of the test, and an area to note the date and time of their appointment.
• Fax: (256) 270-9980. Please complete our Fax Referral Form and fax it to us. We will contact the patient directly to schedule an appointment. We will then fax your office to confirm the appointment.
